My academic background is philosophy and I have been able to develop it by working as a high school teacher on several occasions in the Girona region.
This blog reflects my personal concerns: gastronomy and wine, but also philosophy and culture.
I have also taken courses in hospitality and have had experience with my own restaurant and working as a waiter and chef in other restaurants.
